Communication is a powerful tool for security guards

Most guards have ever experienced someone is angry, an aggressive person or a person who simply want to act tough against a security guard. In addition, there are no major violent crimes who have some guards with.

As security, communication is one of your most important tools. After all, communication you can think the other commit to a subject, situation but also about his own behavior. How we do this, however, is another story.

Many of these situations escalate in the first three minutes. Why? Because the communication in these first minutes the aggressor does not oblige to think about his own behavior or act.

The reality of someone who is angry, is often completely different from the reality of the security guard. Because you realize this and to ask the right questions can you as a security guards to bring almost any situation for both sides to a successful conclusion.

Of course there are always exceptions, but by your communication to prepare well and ask thoughtful questions will be open to the Exceptions also really exceptions.
